The integrated quality and safety management system at the enterprise is built taking into account all the requirements of the international standards FSC®-С158972 "Supply Chain Certification" and BRC "Global Standard of the British Retail Consortium for Food Safety", which provides for the development and implementation of the HACCP plan and the TACCP plan at the enterprise, which, in turn, are designed to guarantee the protection of products and meet the requirements of the most demanding consumers of cardboard packaging. 

In order for the final product to 100% meet the requirements of the customer, our company undergoes several stages of quality control:
    • Incoming control of the materials used;
    • Control of technological process parameters;
    • Current operational control of semi-finished products;
    • Quality control and safety of finished products.
These functions at the enterprise are carried out by the quality service, which includes a laboratory and a technical control department. The laboratory of the enterprise is equipped with modern equipment for control measurements and the development of paint formulations. Ink Formulation software (Gretag Macbeth), IGT proofing press and X-Rite eXact spectrophotometer ensure that the Pantone ink blend color matches the approved sample, and the brand color is accurately reproduced.
Carrying out the function of incoming control, the laboratory analyzes sheet and cardboard for compliance with regulatory and technical documentation and the provided quality certificates (measurement of mass, thickness, hardness, whiteness, pH environment,% water absorption), analysis of glue and varnish, control of color compliance, etc. all specified parameters are checked by authorized ME.
Current operational control of quality and safety of finished products is carried out directly by the performers at each production stage, as well as by specialized technologists and quality service employees, which allows us quickly identify defects and prerequisites for their occurrence, as well as carry out the necessary research and measurements in the laboratory and timely adjust the production process. By organizing a continuous quality control at each stage of production in accordance with the requirements of world standards and taking into account the requirements of state regulatory documents, using modern control and measuring instruments, LLC "Trading Company LUNAPAK" guarantees high-quality products.
